They have a fully equipped professional golf shop with golf club, golf trundler and electric golf cart hire.

The Rotorua (New Zealand) Golf Club is close to major Rotorua hotels and motels, and right next door to the Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve and Te Puia.

Visitors are welcome - you can reserve your tee-time, and after your golf round take advantage of the restaurant, changing room and showers.

Located in the heart of the North Island and set amongst the spectacular scenery of the Lake Taupo region, is the Wairakei International Golf Course.

   Designed by Commander John Harris, Michael Wolveridge and Peter Thomson with the aim of producing New Zealand's first internationally recognised golf course, there is little doubt in any New Zealanders mind that this trio exceeded all expectations. 

 

The end result is a course that sprawls over 450 acres of natural countryside.  This coupled with the 6444 metres from the championship tees and 108 large well placed bunkers has lead to worldwide acclaim.

DRESS STANDARDS:

All Players and Spectators must be dressed in appropriate golf attire. Players must be neat and tidy at all times with collared shirts, dress trousers or shorts to be worn. For example no jeans, track pants, scuffs or boots

They would host your group aboard the 50ft catamaran Clearwater Spirit capable of accommodating up to 50 people in luxurious surroundings.
