Each group (HIONA, TE KAHA, IHARAIRA) who's people plan to attend needs to forward their list (Including children) to DaveA before September 05th for admission to Seven Peaks under NZAS. Each of the kapahaka groups are also responsible to gather the funds needed and decide if they are to subsidize their group's entry fee. e.g. Hiona is charging each of their people and their immediate family members $5. Any others invited outside the kapahaka group will pay $10 each prior to the activity. Hiona will subsidize the $7 for group members & family and the $2 for others coming with them. But everyone must be listed. The other groups might decide to do it differently.
